For sending a visa requisition letter to the Indian Embassy of your country, we require the below required documents from you via email.
- Patient’s name and your passport number
- The medical escort’s name and their passport number
- Your Country Name
- Your tentative date of arrival at SMS Hospital for treatment
Note: If you are traveling on a medical visa, you need to register at the Foreigner’s Regional Registration Office within 14 days of your arrival.
